Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas Foundation announced its “Great Fall Lineup” of events, giving Southeast Texans three unique ways to give back while enjoying great company, food and festivities. Proceeds from the events support “sacred work” at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas.
Friday, Oct. 17, the third annual Clays to Raise is at the One in One Hundred Gun Club in Lumberton. The sporting clay shoot offers team and individual entries, with a variety of sponsorships. Breakfast, lunch, flurries and fun all included. Prizes will be awarded.
Check in and breakfast begins at 8 a.m., shoot at 9 a.m. and awards at 1 p.m. The event is sponsored by Jefferson Electric and proceeds will be utilized to support construction of the state-of-the-art Baptist Cancer Center.
Boomtown BBQ Bash is 10 a.m.–3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 25, at the Spindletop Gladys City Boomtown Museum in Beaumont. The day is packed with pit master tastings, live music, and family fun. Hosted in partnership with M&D Supply, this old-fashioned BBQ festival brings the community together for a good cause.
Proceeds benefit Behavioral Health at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas. Tickets are $20 for adults, $10 for children and free for ages 5 and under.
Couture for a Cause is set for 10 a.m.–3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 1 at the Holiday Inn & Suites Beaumont Plaza
The event includes brunch, shopping and a fashion show at Couture for a Cause — the ultimate ladies’ day out, featuring local boutiques with clothes and gifts — all in one location.
Reserved tables for 10 start at $1,000 and individual tickets are $75. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Oncology Patient Relief Fund at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas.
