Par-Tee-Fore a Purpose with United Way

United Way of Beaumont and North Jefferson County is hosting a brand-new fundraiser, Par-Tee-Fore a Purpose, on Friday, Aug. 26, at 5 Under Golf Center in Beaumont.

The golf tournament “par-tee” will feature a 9-hole scramble with two tee time options at either 9 a.m. or 1:30 p.m. Area businesses and interested players are invited to form golf teams and participate in the competition. Prizes will be awarded for each tee time.

Golf team sign-ups and sponsorships are currently being accepted. Golf teams are $600 per team, up to six people. Sponsorships are available as well, and due by Friday, Aug. 12. Spectator tickets will be available to the public for a $25 fee, with lunch included.

Guests can expect fun surprises throughout the day including a live DJ, an interactive raffle, teambuilding for your company, and so much more. Lunch and drinks will be provided for each team.

All funds raised will benefit programming of United Way’s 20 local nonprofit partner agencies (www.uwbmt.org/partners).
