Jason Landry, president/CEO of Neches Federal Credit Union (FCU), announced multiple leadership promotions across the credit union in January.
“We are very pleased to make this announcement. These promotions reflect the growth and health of our credit union and our commitment of Signature Service to the members that we serve in Southeast Texas,” said Landry.
Neches Federal Credit Union announced the following promotions:
• Randy Thompson has been promoted to chief information officer. He has been employed at Neches FCU for two years and brings 18 years of experience in the technology industry. Thompson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management Information Systems from Lamar University.
• Lisa Taylor has been promoted to vice president of Branches. She has six years of service with Neches FCU and 16 years of experience in the financial industry.
• Megan Woodard has been promoted to vice president of Digital Services. She has served Neches FCU for 19 years and holds a BBA in Management from Lamar University.
• Brittany Borel has been promoted to assistant vice president of Collections. She has been with Neches FCU for more than two years and has 11 years of financial industry experience. Borel holds multiple degrees, including a BBA in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and General Business, as well as a Master’s Degree (MBA) in Business Management.
• Kyle Dubose has been promoted to assistant vice president of Commercial Lending. Dubose has two years of service with Neches FCU, three years of experience in commercial lending, and 20 years of experience in business development. He is a graduate of Lamar University.
• Kristi Dourian has been promoted to assistant vice president of Mortgage Lending. She has been with Neches FCU for two years and brings 19 years of experience in the financial industry, including 16 years specializing in mortgage lending.
• Kaleigh Wortham has been promoted to assistant vice president of Consumer Lending. Wortham has 11 years of service with Neches FCU and 20 years of experience in the financial industry. She holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in University Studies from Lamar University and is a Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor.
• Megan Hanks has been promoted to Community Impact manager. She has been with Neches FCU for 10 years and holds a BS in Exercise Science and Fitness Management from Lamar University. Hanks is also a Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor.
• Melissa Mizer has been promoted to Marketing manager. She has served Neches FCU for 19 years and holds an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Business Management.
• Roxie Sasser has been promoted to Compliance manager. She has six years of service with Neches FCU and over 19 years of experience in the financial industry. Sasser holds an AAS in Accounting and is a Certified Credit Union Compliance expert.
• Lisa Smith has been promoted to Human Resources manager. Smith has been with Neches FCU for 14 years and brings 18 years of industry experience. She holds a BBA from Lamar University and maintains both SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certifications.
• Charlee Fitzgerald has been promoted to Community Impact supervisor. She has been with Neches FCU for over two years and has more than three years of experience in the financial industry. Fitzgerald holds a BBA in Marketing and a MBA from Lamar University.
