Construction continues on First Financial Bank’s newest location in Beaumont, 855 South 8th St.
The newest branch is adjacent to Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas, offering convenience for patients, staff, and visitors.
The bank broke ground on the building Sept. 4.
“It’s an honor to deepen our presence in Beaumont and continue building strong relationships with the people who make this community so strong,” said Blaine Caillier, president and CEO of First Financial Bank, Southeast Texas Region. “This will be our second location in Beaumont, and we are honored to further invest in a community that has grown alongside us.”
According to the bank, the new facility will span 3,222 square feet and feature three drive-thru lanes designed to streamline service and enhance customer experience. Additionally, a 24/7 drive-up ATM will provide around-the-clock access to essential banking services, ensuring customers have flexibility.
“We look forward to welcoming customers to the new location upon its completion,” Callier added.
The bank, based in Texas, has 79 locations, including Lumberton, Newton, two in Orange, Port Arthur and Vidor.
First Financial Bank’s origins date back to 1890, when Farmers and Merchants National Bank opened for business in Abilene. In 2013, First Financial Bank acquired Orange Savings Bank, officially making its move into the Southeast Texas market.
