Texas State University System Board of Regents Chairman Duke Austin has appointed an Advisory Search Committee to begin the search for the next president of Lamar Institute of Technology.

LIT’s Dean of Strategic and Workforce Initiatives Dr. Miranda Phillips holds the 2019 Special Initiative Partners Award from Workforce Solutions of Southeast Texas. Phillips wrote the grant to launch the inaugural Women’s Entrepreneurship Boot Camp.
