Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas (BHSET) recently announced the hiring of new Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) Kathy Degenstein-Gartman RN, MSN, who assumed the duties of the role on April 5. Kathy is the former Chief Nursing Officer at Abilene Regional Medical Center.

Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas (BHSET) is welcoming a new leader this spring in that of incoming Chief Executive Officer Justin Doss, MBA, FACHE. BHSET Board of Directors announced that Doss will begin the new role on May 3.
