The following Directors were elected to serve another three-year term on the
Board: Shawn Atkins, Co-Owner of Howell Furniture, Natasha Garrett, CEO of G and G Enterprises Construction Corps, Leslie Harrison, Kathryn James, Kim Moncla, Executive Director of Baptist Hospitals Foundation, Paul Skinner, and Dave Stephens, Manufacturing Director at American Valve and Hydrant.
In addition, three new Board of Directors were elected.
BBB welcomes Amanda Ellis, Beaumont Business Banker for Hancock Whitney,
Cindy Perez, CEO of Cat5 Resources, and Pamela Sieben, President of Sieben
Equipment.
Amanda has been active in the Southeast Texas community since moving to the area a little over three years ago. She serves as the chair for the Rotary Club of Beaumont’s After Hours committee, as well as a facilitator for the Leadership Beaumont class of 2023 and serves on the LB Alumni committee for the Greater Beaumont Chamber of Commerce. She was a Leadership Beaumont Class of 2021 graduate. Amanda also serves as Treasurer for the Artists of Southeast Texas and is a member of the BNI “All-Stars” Chapter. Amanda says she is looking forward to her new role on the the BBB Board of Directors.
Before founding CAT5 in 2013, Cindy held several positions at A-1 Freeman,
including the Director of Logistics and Supply Chain Solutions. She and her Cat5
team are committed to the development and execution of unique business solutions and work tirelessly to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Cindy was awarded the 2012 Entrepreneur of the Year award from the Southeast Texas Economic Development Foundation, an affiliate of the Greater Beaumont Chamber of Commerce. She is the President and Founder of the 501(c)(3) non-profit, the Loula Foundation, which provides resources and support to help strengthen families struggling through hardships. In 2022, Cindy joined the Board of Directors for Wialan Technologies.
In 1990 Pamela was working side by side with her late husband Bryan at Herzog
Railroad Service, Inc., and raising two sons. She then went to work for Sutherland
Lumber Company. Throughout her time at Sutherland, she worked at Sieben
Equipment doing the books/AR/AP/etc. In 2005 she moved to Sieben Equipment full time. Founded in 1995, Sieben Equipment has more than tripled in growth and has expanded in specializations over the years. Today, Pamela has the privilege of working alongside both of her sons, Keith and Daren Sieben, as well as their
partner Jonathan Erickson. Sieben Equipment has been a proud member of the
Better Business Bureau since 2009.

for SETX for 60 years,” said Board Chair Leslie Harrison.
2023 marks the 60 th anniversary since the Beaumont Rotary service project founded BBB Southeast Texas in 1963. BBB looks forward to rolling out new programs and continuing to grow and evolve while celebrating their long and rich history within the business community.
