Abbott announces additional DOD resources to mitigate COVID-19 spread

Governor Greg Abbott announced July 13 that the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) has activated additional U.S. Army Urban Augmentation Medical Task Forces (UAMTF) to assist the state’s efforts to combat COVID-19.
