FedEx Office is providing – free of charge – limited access to its in-store computer rental stations for those needing online connectivity following the impact of Hurricane Laura. This includes support for business or remote learning needs or communicating with family and friends. For customers needing to charge mobile devices, laptops and tablets, electrical outlets are available for in-store use.

For the safety of other customers and team members, FedEx Office continues to maintain a store capacity of up to 10 people, including team members and requires all customers wear face coverings.

There are 28 FedEx Office Print and Ship Centers open throughout Louisiana. Store hours and locations of the FedEx Office Print and Ship Centers offering this free service in Louisiana are available by visiting https://local.fedex.com/en-us/la/?promo=fxo-only. This offer is also available in Beaumont and Port Arthur, TX locations. Offer will be available through Sept. 15.

In addition to this essential service, FedEx reports it is supporting relief efforts through longstanding relationships with humanitarian aid organizations, including Direct Relief, International Medical Corps, Heart to Heart International, American Red Cross and other nonprofit organizations.
