Governor announces new $17 billion Samsung facility in Taylor

Governor Greg Abbott announced at a press conference in Austin Nov. 23 that Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. (Samsung) will build a new semiconductor manufacturing facility in Taylor, an estimated $17 billion investment.
