Community health symposium tonight in PA

The Port Arthur Health Department, in conjunction with PAISD and Port Arthur LNG, is holding a community health symposium tonight, Dec. 28, regarding facts and myths about public health and COVID-19.

The keynote speaker will be Dr. Tonya Brown-Nembhard, MD, Pediatrics. Free COVID-19 and flu vaccines will be available for all, ages 5 and over.

“Come out tonight to get your critical vaccination health questions answered,” encouraged the city health department in a news release.

The symposium will be held at the TAMS Vaccination Clinic, 3501 Cultural Center Drive in Port Arthur, from 5-8 p.m.
