The Golden Triangle Business Roundtable (GTBR) has announced the date, keynote speaker and nominees for the 33rd Annual GTBR Contractor Safety Award Banquet set for 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 19, at the Robert “Bob” Bowers Civic Center, 3401 Cultural Center Dr. in Port Arthur.
This year’s speaker is Gloria Moncada, regional manufacturing manager of Americas North for ExxonMobil Product Solutions. For the past 24 years, Moncada has held management roles at four ExxonMobil refineries in Louisiana, Texas, California and Singapore, as well as the downstream advisor role in Investor Relations in Dallas and Americas Crude Optimization manager role in Spring, before returning to Baton Rouge in 2018 to serve as refinery manager.
In 2021, Moncada became vice president of America Fuels. In 2023, she assumed her current role, where she oversees operations at ExxonMobil’s manufacturing sites in the Midwest and Canada.
