Hotard Coaches charter service coming to Port Arthur
Lee & Associates-Houston, a nationwide leader in commercial real estate services, announced Feb. 25 an industrial lease with Hotard Coaches, a Louisiana-based charter company, to take the entirety of a 26,503-square-foot property located at 4600 and 4700 Highway 73 in Port Arthur.
Trey Erwin, SIOR and Justin Cole of Lee & Associates-Houston represented the Landlord, Carlisle Port Arthur LP, in the transaction.

Located in the middle of the Golden Triangle where almost every pipeline of crude production or natural gas runs through, the industrial property is positioned within 15 miles of Exxon Mobile/Qatar Petroleum’s $10 billion Golden Pass LNG Export Plant under construction, the potential Chevron Phillips Petrochemical Plant, and Exxon Mobil’s Beaumont Refinery’s recently announced crude expansion project. The property sits on 10.35 acres, offers 19,530 square feet of warehouse space, is fully fenced with outside lighting and provides easy accessibility with Highway 73 frontage and six points of entry.

Hotard Coaches Inc., the fourth largest fleet transportation company in the United States, will provide transportation services for workers in the surrounding area that are unable to drive directly to their workplace destination. The industrial property will also provide a space for the company to service the bus fleet and will house approximately 40 employees.
