Sheri Arnold and Debbie Cowart of Coldwell Banker Commercial - Arnold & Associates (CBCAA) have earned a spot in the Elite “Top Two” within Coldwell Banker Commercial (CBC) for 2022.
The “Top Two” designation is reserved for the top 2% of producers from among nearly 3,000 CBC-affiliated sales professionals in the CBC organization.

Arnold possesses over 30-years’ experience in commercial and industrial real estate, frequently working complex transactions with national and international corporations.
Cowart, a broker associate who has been with CBCAA since 1999, is a native of Southeast Texas with over 25-years experience in sales, marketing and customer service. In addition to her national recognition as Top Two, Cowart is ranked as the seventh highest producer globally.
