Neches FCU adds tiny branch

Neches Federal Credit Union announced the grand opening of its newest GO branch, located at 2588 Highway 87 in Crystal Beach on July 20, the small space providing the community with convenient and advanced banking services.

Crystal Beach Go Branch features an addition to the traditional banking experience – the Interactive Teller Machine (ITM). During normal business hours, members can take advantage of the ITM, allowing them to connect with a Neches FCU employee via video chat. This state-of-the-art technology enables customers to perform various transactions such as depositing cash/checks, withdrawing cash, transferring funds, making loan payments, and even asking general account questions – all with the personal touch of a live interaction.

“We are excited to bring this service to the beach for our valued members,” said Jason Landry, President/CEO at Neches Federal Credit Union. “The Interactive Teller Machine provides convenience and flexibility to our members when they are visiting the beach.”
