Kim Bartel, M.B.A., C.P.S., data coordinator for the Region 5 Prevention Resource Center for the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Council, received the PRC Prevention Specialist of the Year award at the Annual Prevention Providers' Meeting in Austin recently.
“This was a tremendous honor not only for Kim, but for the entire Region 5 Prevention Resource Center team,” said Melanie Patterson, manager of the center at the council. “Kim demonstrates his passion for data and substance misuse prevention on a daily basis and is an encouragement to all who work with him. We appreciate him and his dedication and congratulate him on bringing home this prestigious award.”
