Lawrence Garza was recently promoted to director of operations for the Port of Beaumont, where he is responsible for the efficient and profitable management of port operations, the port announced June 14.
Prior to joining the Port of Beaumont team, Garza spent over a decade as an agent for Inchcape Shipping Services in Nederland, where he coordinated the movement of inbound and outbound vessels.
Garza brings experience in logistics and supply chain management that has “effectively streamlined operations at the Port of Beaumont,” described the port.
