A group of multidisciplinary researchers from Lamar University is hosting the third annual Recovery and Resiliency Summit on April 9. The virtual event features speakers from varying fields and welcomes all Southeast Texans to participate.

Facility Director Tracie Craig greeted guests of Lamar University’s new Welcome Center, located at 1032 Jim Gilligan Way in Beaumont, on March 24 and provided a tour of the building that will serve as the college campus’ official “front door.
