Lee & Associates-Houston, a nationwide leader in commercial real estate services, announced Feb. 25 an industrial lease with Hotard Coaches, a Louisiana-based charter company, to take the entirety of a 26,503-square-foot property located at 4600 and 4700 Highway 73 in Port Arthur.
