Marcus & Millichap arranges Sale of Town & Country RV Park in Bridge City

Marcus & Millichap, a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced May 4 the sale of Town & Country RV Park, a 25.94-acre, 110-site RV park in Bridge City, according to Gianna Agostinelli, public relations specialist in Texas.
Brad Dorsey, senior director of investments, said the Beaumont-Port Arthur Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) is one of the most concentrated refinery and chemical hubs in the United States and has seen significant trade expansion in recent years, positioning the area to benefit from continued global energy demand.
The MSA is a three-county region in Southeast Texas known as the "Golden Triangle," with a population of approximately 396,000 to 397,000.
“That growth is driving consistent demand for workforce housing options like RV parks, particularly in well-located areas,” Dorsey added.
Dorsey and Skyler Henderson, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer, both Texas-based investors.
Town & Country RV Park, 862 Lapointe St., is located less than a mile from State Highway 73, which sees more than 35,000 vehicles per day. Bridge City is part of the Beaumont-Port Arthur metropolitan statistical area, a major hub for refining and petrochemical activity.
