Chevron, Talos, Carbonvert execute documents for Jefferson County joint venture

Three entities have closed the deal on a highly anticipated joint venture to develop the Bayou Bend CCS offshore carbon and sequestration hub ("CCS") at an approximately 231,000-acre site in Jefferson County, the companies reported May 24.  Chevron U.S.A. Inc.

Hotard Coaches purchases Port Arthur acreage

Lee & Associates-Houston, a nationwide leader in commercial real estate services, announced Feb. 25 an industrial lease with Hotard Coaches, a Louisiana-based charter company, to take the entirety of a 26,503-square-foot property located at 4600 and 4700 Highway 73 in Port Arthur.
