Third Coast Bank announced moving to a temporary location beginning Aug. 18. The Port Arthur branch, formerly located in a leased office suite at 2901 Turtle Creek Dr., is now operating from a stand-alone modular facility at 3360 Jimmy Johnson Blvd.
