The Vidor Rotary Club is collecting funds and food for the Vidor United Christian Care Center for hundreds of families who receive food monthly, reports Rotarian and Vidor Independent School District Director of Community Relations.

Delta Downs announces reopening

After shuttering in late August due to damage from Hurricane Laura, Delta Downs Racetrack Casino Hotel announced Sept. 14 that it is scheduled to reopen to the public on Wednesday, Sept. 16, at 11 a.m., pending final regulatory approvals.
